What they are

Compressed wood.
Concentrated energy.

Wood pellets are 6–8 mm cylinders of densely compressed sawdust and shavings. No glue, no chemical binder — just heat, pressure and the natural lignin already in the wood. The result is a fuel with three times the energy density of raw wood chips and a moisture content under 10%.

For industrial users, that translates to predictable BTUs, automated feeding, minimal storage footprint, and combustion clean enough to pass emissions audits. For the planet, it's a carbon-neutral fuel made from material that would otherwise be burned in open piles.

Manufacturing process

From sawdust
to ship-ready.

STEP 01

Sourcing

Sawmill offcuts and agricultural residue collected from regional partners.

STEP 02

Drying

Material dried to < 10% moisture in controlled-temperature rotary dryers.

STEP 03

Pressing

Hammer-milled fines forced through ring dies at 90+ MPa. Lignin binds naturally.

STEP 04

Lab testing

Calorific value, ash, moisture and durability sampled from every batch.

STEP 05

Dispatch

15 kg bags, 1-tonne jumbo bags or bulk silo truck. Batch certificate included.
