About NatureTech

Built where forests meet circuit boards.

We exist to translate Pakistan's biomass waste — sawmill offcuts, rice husks, agricultural residue — into engineered fuel that competes head-to-head with diesel and coal on price, output and reliability.

Our story

From sawdust
to industrial scale.

NatureTech started in a Karachi warehouse with a single press, a forklift, and a question: why is Pakistan importing high-priced industrial fuel when our sawmills and farms are burning the raw material in the open?

A decade later, that question has become a vertically-integrated business. We mill and supply construction-grade Yellow Pinewood. We press the offcuts into EN+ A1 wood pellets at our Karachi facility. And we engineer the burners and boilers downstream — so industrial clients get a single procurement contract for fuel and hardware.

Today we ship over 14,000 metric tons of pellets a year, run a dedicated logistics fleet to industrial corridors across Pakistan, and serve forty-plus plants that have switched off diesel and coal for good.

Mission

Convert waste into precision fuel.

Build clean, efficient energy products from wood and agricultural waste — and provide environmentally responsible alternatives that industries can adopt without compromising on output.

Vision

Lead Pakistan's renewable energy transition.

Expand the boundaries of renewable energy in the region by turning agricultural and forestry waste into powerful, sustainable fuel — and position Pakistan as a serious supplier of green industrial solutions.

Operating principles

What guides every decision.

Engineered integrity

Every batch lab-tested. Every burner installation commissioned and signed off. Specs match the datasheet, or it doesn't ship.

Strategic openness

We collaborate with research bodies, equipment OEMs and customer R&D teams. Better thermodynamics beat tribal knowledge.

Global connectivity

Aligned with international sustainability standards. EN+ certified, CE-aligned hardware, ISO-bound logistics.

Visionary leadership

Long-horizon thinking, ground-floor execution. We don't ship the fuel of yesterday — we engineer the standard for tomorrow.

Local rooted

Karachi-based, Pakistan-sourced where possible. Local supply chains, local jobs, local impact.

Circular by design

Sawmill waste becomes fuel. Spent ash becomes soil conditioner. Every byproduct has a downstream destination.

Leadership

"We're building Pakistan's green fuel infrastructure."

Muhammad Ejaz Sharieff leads NatureTech's operations and long-term strategy. His focus: turning Pakistan's biomass waste into a credible, exportable green fuel category — and giving local industries a serious alternative to imported fossil energy.

Under his leadership, NatureTech has scaled from a single-press startup to a regional supplier serving textile mills, food processors, ceramics manufacturers and CHP operators across South Asia.

Our product trio

Three lines.
One integrated supply.

Timber, burners and pellets share one operations team, one logistics network, and one quality protocol — so what you buy from us behaves the same, every order.

Milestones

A decade of
getting bigger.

2013

First press, first ton

NatureTech commissions its first pellet press in a Karachi warehouse. First order: 12 MT to a local textile mill.

2017

EN+ A1 certification

Lab testing infrastructure brought in-house. NatureTech becomes one of the first Pakistani pellet producers to hit EN+ A1.

2020

Burner vertical launched

Burner engineering team established. First in-house biomass burner shipped to a ceramic kiln in Sindh.

2023

Timber line added

Yellow Pinewood supply formalised, completing the vertical: raw timber, residue-pellets, downstream hardware.

2026

Export-ready

Container-grade packaging and Gulf/East Africa logistics partners signed. International orders open.
